That doesn't really answer his question or mine.
The non-commercial use doesn't speak directly to the use of Home/Student
by
non-profit (i.e. non-commercial) organizations. Nor does the answer seem
to
apply to a person using his home computer to complete work at home.
In effect quoting the FAQ is a non-answer.
I have a similar question in that my office is at home. I am also a pastor
and part of a non-commercial, non-profit organization. May I use
Home/Student
in my home office in completion of my tasks for this non-profit
organization?
The FAQ doesn't answer the question and (to me) hints, in its language
that I
may (since i'm using it in my home for non-commercial purposes). But I
want
to be sure.
I'd also like to see an answer to another question: May a non-profit
organization use Home/Student edition? If so, may I share my home-office
copy
with my church (assuming that I'm allowed to have a home-office copy)?

How to ask a question

I need to know if the licensing of Office 2007 Home and Student edition
permits use of this suite by a pastor of a Church, a religious
non-profit
organization, on his home PC as well as on the home PC and notebook
computer
of his student son. At his church office he is using an older Office
suite,
not a home or student edition, but he might have an occasional need to
revise
his sermons created there on his home PC. Is this use permitted by the
license?
