licensing of Office XP

Jim

Hello,
I have a general questions about licensing of Office XP.
We have a terminal server (windows 2000), and our remote
locations will be connecting to this terminal server with
leased line and Citrix ICA client tool and running an
application in the server.
My question is: if I install Office XP to this server and
let users in the remote locations run MS Word with Citrix
ICA client connection on the server, how many licenses do
I need for Office XP, only one or number of users even if
they connect in the same server an run the application
there?

I do not know much about licensing policy of MS Office of
Microsoft, where can I get that information.
Thanks,
Jim.
