Licensing Options for MSi Packaging for Visio2002

Hi

I have created Transform for MsVisio2002 Std & Prf & it is working fine in Silent mode. Now he have to create an option where by any user when tries to intsall Visio it should prompt for License/Product ID option & USer should be able to install the MSi Package with their own license, rest all should install silently. Can anyone please help us on this
