Licensing Project for use on a Terminal Server

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone would have an answer to this. I'm trying to
see how the licensing works when installing MS Project to a terminal server.
I have about 300 users some of whom have licenses to use MS Project on their
workstation. They want to be able to use Project on our terminal server. How
would I be able to install it on this and make it "legal?"

Summary:

- you will need of course the terminal server licence
- you will need a Project Professional (incl. Project CAL) + Windows Server
CAL for each manager
- you will need the CALs (project server + windows server) for each team
member

If everything works on the terminal server this will be basically defined by
your Enterprise Ressource Pool structure... It's not realy cheap for 300
users. And don't forget the platforms (windows server, project server,
sql-server)
