Licensing Question

L

Lee Thomas

Greetings,

I am considering using MS Office Pro 2003. I need to
purchase a desktop PC and notebook computer. I will only
be using one system at a time and do not share either
system. Do I need to purchase 2 full licenses for Office
2003 or can I use one license but install the software on
each system?

Thank you!

Hi, Lee,

The retail license for Office allows you to install on both a desktop and
notebook for your own personal use. So, you should be fine.

I don't believe so. OEM software is usually tied to the computer it was
installed on.

You'll want to check with Dell for the conditions around purchase of Office
through them.
