Have a single copy of Microsoft Word and would like to upgrade license
to multiple parties in our home. Does anyone know how to do this.

The only way is to buy more licenses!

If you, or anyone in your family, is eligible, the most cost effective way
is to get a 'Student & Teacher' pack, which gives you three licenses for
less than the cost of a single retail pack.

However, you should note that in previous versions the S&T edition has not
been eligible for an upgrade to the next major version.

The license states that the S&T version will not be eligible for an
upgrade.

However, all recent (at least 2001, v.X, 2004) upgrade paths have
allowed an upgrade from a previous S&T edition. There's no guarantee of
this practice for future versions, of course.
