Version: 2008 When I try to us Word, it send an error stating that "Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac HSE cannot start because Microsoft Office is already in use". The only other Mac I have can even be shut down at the time. So there are no other Mac operating. The second Mac is able to use Word when it is turned on. Any ideas why I'm getting this error on only one of my Macs.

This error is very specific, and I have never known it to give a false
indication.

Somewhere, there's a computer running Office with the same licence key you
have
