What happens if I have the Office Student & Teacher
edition 2003, installed on the allowed 3 PCs and replace
one of the PCs?

Can I install a copy of the replacement PC or am I out of
luck?

Read your own copy of the EULA to answer for yourself as only you know
what you agreed with Microsoft.

That being said, I'm assuming that you uninstalled it from the machine
that disappears to enable you to to a re-install on the new machine ...
or maybe I'm missing the obvious here ...

Again, read you EULA.
