Life on earth? Need human for Prod. Activation Support

I have the full Microsoft Office System product suite from having attended the Small Business track of the System Launch Event in Nashua, NH on 10/28/2003. I then had trouble with my computer and wanted to uninstall the Suite then re-install it. But I figured I should probably activate the suite first. The website provided with the coupon is now useless, however (www.officesystemlaunch.com/offer, having expired 12/31/2003). Please note that NO expiration for the codes was mentioned in the entire launch event

I have the coupon with the codes as well as the code for the order form (from the supplier), but cannot use either without getting a human being to help with this. I am currently unemployed & taking MOS classes (toward MOS certification) to be re-employed and cannot afford to buy all of these products. Nor should I have to, when I am entitled to them. Can anyone advise how I can activate these products and/or get a human being to discuss this with me??

You can try calling support at (425) 635-7056, they give
free installation support and should be able to help you.
If not, you may have to join the rest of us unemployed,
getting schooled, can't afford the software souls and buy
it out of pocket and hope that you get a job so you can
claim it on taxes.
