I keep having this problem with using the "LifeCam VX1000" and Windows 32
bit Vista home basic. I updated the software and it said on the box that it
worked fine with Vista 32 or 64.
Everything that I use with the software for LifeCam VX1000 is working fine
except on selection and it's really irritating that it doesn't.
Before I mention what the problem is I want to say that the camera is
pulgged into a powered USB port and I have tried several of them and checked
in my devices settings to make sure that there wasn't a conflict.
I don't get an error message.
When I select "Start Or Stop video Capture" the selection changes from the
start symbol to the stop symbol and the screen that I am in turns white and
the light on my LifeCam VX1000 goes from green to off??? Any Ideas would be
appreciated.
I've tried turning off the Firewall and the Virus protection "While not
connected to the internet".
If you've had this problem any information would be appreciated, I hope I
am posting this in the right area for this question, if not I appologize.
Thank you for your time and sorry for the long message, I'm just trying to
explain my problem with the camera the best I can.
