Likely a simple question on Check Boxes?

Hopefullly a simple answer to.

I'm trying to break the relationship between the checkbox and the text next
to the check box. I'm concerned with accidently clicking on the text and
thus the check box. Is there any way to remove this relationship?

For clarification, if I have a checkbox "The sun is out [ ]" and click on
the text "The sun is out," the check box is checed [x]. Is there any way to
break this so that I have to specifically check the checkbox?

Select just the label that is next to the check box. Press Ctrl X to cut the
label from the form then immediately press Ctrl V to paste that label back
into the form. Place it next to the check box that is still on your form.
It will now be an independent label, not associated with the check box.
