Limit access to web pages

Hi, I have a small section of my website that I want users to have to
register a name and valid email to open. I also want the process to be
automatic, like I have seen on many website. What I want to have happen is:
the user clicks the link, is presented with a 'sign up' form, clicks OK and
then an email is automatically sent to the user with either a standard or
randomly generated password that he or she can use to log in and view the
page.

Is there any way I can do this using Frontpage?
