limit columns / rows

Is there a way to permanently limit the number of columns
and rows within a worksheet.

You can hide the columns and rows you don't need Frank

Select the first row that you want to hide and press
Ctrl-Shift-Down Arrow
Right click on the selection and choose hide

You can do the same for the columns
only use the right Arrow
