Limit displayed widrh of MHTML page to 8.5 inches.

I have formatted word documents that when displayed must 'look' proper. When
saved as a 'single web page file', MHTML the width is variable and the
middle of the document moves to the middle of the window. I want to
constrain it to 8.5 inches as if it were paper when viewed in a browser.

Sorry, Word isn't going to do that - You'd need a decent web authoring
package.

Have you considered generating a PDF instead?
