Limit entries in resource list

Hi,
How do I limit the entries of resources to only from the list (which comes
from a resource pool) and don't enable entries that are keyed in manually?

Hi,
Tools, Options, General, UNCHECK Automatically add new resoruces and tasks.
That will not make the entry impossible but at least it will give a warning.
