Limit Items in a Repeating Section and in a Repeating Table

Is it possible to limit the number of items that can be added into a
repeating section as well as the number of rows that can be added into a
repeating table.

I though I saw somewhere that it could be done by modifying the schema but
would be more interested in doing it through rules or conditional formatting.

Hi Greg:

Can you point me to the change I need to make in the schema to make this
happen?

You mentioned on the OnBeforeChange event. I assume that is on one of the
fields on the repeating table row added? Then check that event and delete the
row that was added?
