limit personal phone calls in the workplace

I have a receptionist who is receiving numerous personal phone calls from a
new boyfriend, I feel her tasks are being ingored as well as complaints of
incoming phone calls of her being not so cheerful. I want to handle the
matter in a way that she won't take offense we are picking on her since
others who are behind closed doors are more capable of making private phone
calls.

please help!!!!

This is hardly a Microsoft Office problem.. this newsgroup exists for people
with problems re. Office 'the program', not Office 'the workplace'..
