limit text length in a text box in excel 2003

I'm trying to limit the text length in a text box but i can't find the option
to do so
please help

Darren,

For a textbox from the Control Toolbox Menu or on a userform: In design mode, right-click the text
box and choose properties and set the MaxLength value.
