Limit Time Frame for AutoPick or similar

My assistant schedules possibly 800 or more lunches a year for the
people she supports. Three things that would make me her hero:

1) Ability to limit Autopick to Mon - Fri and 11:00 through 2:00
2) Ability to change the Scheduling view to only show 11:00 to 2:00
3) Ability to Autopick within a group of contacts (could be a
distribution list or list based on contact categories) in order to
quickly fill recently changed appointments. For instance, if my lunch
appointment for today is cancelled, she'd like to look at the list of
100 people I meet over a year and find one that is open for today.

Any ideas?

Thanks

- John

1 and 2) Not supported

3) Have you looked at the "group schedule" feature?
