Limitation for Lookup Table in the Enterprise Outline Code

Is there anyone know the maximum row (limitation) for the lookup table ?
Is that possible if the lookup table will be growth become hundred/
thousands rows?

Leo,

We've put 13000 entries in our RBS and in another Project
Outline code field before and Project allowed it.

Now, with that said, it made the open and save performance
of MS Project Pro horrible. It also had a vastly negative
impact on Edit Project Details and Edit Resource Details
in PWA as both of these screens have to preload every
dropdown box on the web page before display.

So, I don't know of a maximum limit, but the caveat is
that this may severely impact your performance.

can you more describe more specificly about that performance ?
In example I need your information based on your performance during open
existing project with X assignments need around X minutes. Or when save the
project with X assignments need around X minutes.

For anybody can help this performance issue very appreciate, because I plan
in the future to used many Lookup table in the Enterprise Project/ Resource
Outline Code.
