Limite projects in project list on Create a task dialog

On the Create a task dialog, team members can currently see all the projects
in the system. We need for them to just be able to see the projects they
are assigned to. What are the permissions to be set to enable this?

It sounds like your Project Server administrator may have modified the My
Tasks category to show all projects. The default permission allows for
members of the Team Members group to see only the projects to which they are
assigned. Your admin would need to do the following to reset the
permissions:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Manage Security
3. Select the My Tasks category and then click the Modify Category button
4. In the Projects section, select the "Only the projects indicated below"
option
5. Make sure the "Allow users in this category to view all projects in
which they are a team member" option is selected
6. Deselect any other options that are selected in this section
7. Click the Save Changes button
