Limited publication of update

I recently reloaded Front Page 2003 after my operating system was reloaded.
When I try to update my site, the new information appears when I access my
site through Internet Explorer but not when I use Opera or Firefox. Any ideas
on how to fix this? Thanks.

You need to do a complete publish before you use the Change Page Only option to publish any time you
re-install FP.
