Hello - with the intent of learning PowerPoint Presentations I got a text
book from the library > PowerPoint for 2000 Dummies. Started reading until it
instructed to >
Start Button > Microsoft PowerPoint. I have Windows Home Edition XP. This
does not have the requested - Microsoft PowerPoint.
So I wanted to download a trial I found on the Microsoft site - Standard
Office 2003 60 day trial edition. This proved to be too large for my computer
(128MB)

Can I anywhere download this on a separate disk ?
Or do you have any better advise ?? to about doing this ?

Cheers - thank You

Hi DavieBoy,

There have been a number of changes in Powerpoint between 2000 and
2003, so following the book might be a bit frustrating for you.

You might want to check your local library or new/used book store
for interactive training CDs for Powerpoint or other apps as an
alternative.

There is an online Office 2003 Testdrive though that includes
Powerpoint at http://microsoft.com/office/testdrive/default.mspx
you may want to try.
