Limiting Access to an existing project

One of our existing projects needs to be limited to just 2 people in our
organization. How do I set it so that only those 2 people can see their
project, and everybody else has no access? It seems that when you try to
change the security, it does for every project, not just the one that I need
changed.

Create a new Category in security configuration. Then, assign both users to
this new category (you may need to create a new group as well). Last, assign
this project to the new category, and make sure that the project does not
belong to any other category (My Projects, My Organization).

That should work.
