Limiting Data

I would like to include resource costs in the Enterprise Pool, but I want to
limit who can see the costs. Is there a way to prevent teveryone from seeing
this other than specific individuals?

There's no way to hide Cost fields in the Enterprise Resource Pool. Sorry.
