Limiting instant messaging within an organization

G

G. Muller

Our organization is of approx. 30 people, spread over 3 cities. We often use
Instant Messaging to chat amongst one-another, however, chatting with people
outside the organization (friends and family) has become out of control. We
would like to be able to control or limit instant messaging parameters to a
specific domain name in order to enable us to chat amongst our workgroup, but
not with outsiders. It that possible? What are the options?
