Limiting page size?

I’m using Word to create documents that will be saved as HTML. I want the documents to display
without any scrolling up / down or left / right. Is there any way to setup the page so it doesn’t
exceed certain limits?

Thanks,

Scrolling is going to partly depend on the viewers browser
configuration. Someone with a very large monitor might be using a
screen resolution of 1600x1200. If they run the browser at full
screen, this is 4 times the size of the browser as seen on my computer
with a much smaller screen. I am running at 800x600. So, the
probability of doing what you want is pretty slim, if you are planning
on others seeing your page.

Sorry I should have given more information. The screens will all be at 800 x 600.

That will help. Now the question is whether the viewer is using a
"different from normal" font size, unless you specify the font size in
your html/css. Then, the question is... does the view have the viewer
set to ignore your font size in the Accessibility Options of the
Control Panel. You'll probably be ok for the majority of users, but
there may be some that will still require scrolling.

Please allow me to restate my question and forget I said anything about html, scrolling, and screen
resolutions.

I have set up a document in Word with a page size of 8” x 6” and 1 inch margins. I want to share
this document with others. My co-workers can type anything they desire within these boundaries but
I want to insure the document doesn’t go beyond 1 page. Is there any way to limit Word so it
doesn’t create page 2?

Thanks,
