Limiting RSS Updates

I recall seeing a specification somewhere when setting up RSS feeds that you
could specify whether updates to RSS items are to be considered as new and
re-downloaded or ignored. Now i cannot find that check box. Am I going
crazy or am I remembering something from the Newsgator Add-in? I want to
download only totally new posts, not updates to old posts.
