Limiting Users To Only One Visit To A Webpage.

I own a small business and I want to offer an online coupon to my
customers (which will be redeemed in store) via an email blast. However
after the customers click on the link to get the coupon, I only want
the customer to be able to view the webpage one time and to only print
the coupon one time. Is there any type of code or program that can
easily restrict the visit and print access of my customers on my
website?

Once they have the coupon on their machine, what's gonna keep them from
printing it out 900 times anyway?

I go to local carwash that just tracks the coupon redemption in their POS
system...you're allowed on coupon per month.
Otherwise I think it'd be very complicated to do web-wise.

Even if you could do this, and you can't, what would prevent them from
heading down to the nearest Kinko's and making additional copies?

one wont...sticklers)
