limiting was endusers can "see"

Hi,

we have a dept. manager creating a database in access xp.
this database is being housed on our novell based server.

so her dept. workers can all get access to work in this
database.

the developer wants one employee to only have access
to "looking" at only a couple of the queries results.

is there an easy way to set it up so that a user can only
get access to certain parts of this database?

Split the database into frontend (forms, reports, etc.) and backend (data
only). Create a second frontend for the people that you want to give limited
access to.
