Limits in WordXP (Insert Document)

Hi everyone,

we have developed an app in C# that creates a Word Document inserting lots
of other Word Documents that exist in a repository.

We have found that in some cases, if we add several documents, o documents
too "heavy", winword.exe, after a while, stops working and the document is
not generated.

Does anyone know if there are any limits, or if I can assing to winword.exe
all the machine resources neccesary to build the documents I need?
