Line breaks and print errors

I have recently upgraded from office 2000 to office 2003. I have always been
able to print emails from a certain recipient even before the upgrade however
after I upgraded to office 2003 the emails from a particular recipient
contain line breaks and I am no longer able to print these emails. I get a
print error “The operation failedâ€. Emails that don’t have the message “Extra
line breaks in this message have been removed†print with no errors so I am
guessing that the break lines are causing the print error.

Can someone please provide some advice.

do they print ok if you click in the infobar and toggle the line breaks on,
does it print ok?

find and delete the outlprnt file. if you need help finding it, see

Hi,
Deleting the file has not worked. I even restarted outlook after deleting
the file. Even trying to replace line breaks (toggle the line breaks on and
off) has been unsuccessful. Any emails that dont have this seems to be
printing fine. Would you think its something to do with rich text setting or
something like that?
