Line feeds in FP 2003 Discussion Web

How do I get FP to display line feeds (carriage returns) properly within
posts? When writing the post all looks fine. The final post however, appears
as all one paragraph.

Use the preformatted text option for your posts. However this has the
disadvantage that long lines will be rendered as long lines - there is
no word wrap except where the user puts in a line feed. In effect you
have to choose between:
word wrap to keep lines short enough to fit the page layout with no
line feeds,

or line feeds with the possibility of very long lines of text.

http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/comentary.aspx
shows some examples of the different formatting options in the FrontPage
Guestbook - these also apply to the Discussion Web.

Ron: thank you for your quick response. I wish there was a way to work around
this problem. The discussion Web is used for educational purposes and so
being able to separate paragraphs visually seems very important. However the
alternative, according to your examples, would be unacceptable.
