Line formatting

I am creating a template. Few lines are the same. There
is a person's name, job title written on the same line as
date, which is on the right. The name+title could be
shorter or longer. The problem is how to keep date in the
same column and not to move left and right?

I'd advise a borderless table for this, but you can also do it with a
specific tab stop.
