Line in Endnote Placement

In my message of February 25, 2004, I asked how to move
the endnote section from the very end of the document to
placement in a references section in another part of the
document. I was told to suppress the endnotes in each
section but the one where I wanted to place them. That
worked great. However, now I have a problem where the
endnote line won't go away without deleting all the
endnotes. For formatting reasons, I can't have this line
at the top of all the pages in the references section
that now contains the endnotes. How do I get rid of this
line?

Yeah, this is how you know Word developers are unclear on the concept of
Endnotes...

Go into Normal view and View Footnotes. Click on the dropdown menu at the
top of the footnote pane and set it to Endnote Continuation Separator.
Delete the line that appears. There is also a line at the very beginning of
the Endnotes--if that isn't acceptable, repeat for Endnote Separator.
