line jumps not functioning

Visio Pro SP2. I am trying to use the line jumps with the dynamic
connectors, however it does not appear to be working. I have it set to jump
horizontal lines using an arch. This diagram was made from scratch.

Eddie,

I had the same problem and what I discovered is the line jump only works
with the automatic connector lines. It does not jump over lines created with
the line drawing tool....
