Line spaces increase in my signature when replying to emails...

When i send an email my signature looks like this
name
company
phone #
web address

When someone responds to my email, the text and my signature looks like this
Name
(extra space)
company
(extra space)
phone#
(extra space)
web address.

Does anyone know why this is happening? It is very time consuming to read
through all of the email threads because everytime there is a reply another
space is added between each line of text.
Its driving me crazy..THanks in advance!!!

When you create signature, dont use Enter after line, use Shift+Enter.
