Examine your paragraph format properties to see what is producing the
spacing and correct it.
When you press Enter, you copy the formatting from the paragraph above. So
you will get whatever formatting you have applied to that.
If you adopt the habit of using styles to apply your formatting, you won;t
get these nasty surprises

tutorial that will get you going.

While typing a document. I accidentally pressed the wrong keys on my keyboard.
Now every time i press the return key I get a double space between the lines.
It's infuriating.
Can anyone help Please.
