Line Spacing in Forms Documents

I am having issues adjusting lines when placing them under shadow type
boxes. Nudging places the the lines either too high, too low and too much
to the right or left.

Any ideas for correcting this issue?

One thought - If you click the Draw button on the Drawing toolbar & select
Grid you can adjust the grid to smaller increments or turn it off
altogether.

Another thought - Hold the Control key (I think, maybe Option - can't
remember for sure & am not near a Mac) while using the Arrow keys or while
dragging.
