line spacing on report

I have a report using the mailing label format. The problem I am having is
that my label format accomodates a 4 and a 5 line label (sometimes there
isn't a line two address). When all labels are 5 lines the labels print out
fine - but a lot of the labels will only have 4 lines (the report will be a
mixture of both 5 lines and 4 line labels) and Access is resizing the label
when there is four and it causes the printing to shift and the rest of the
labels are offline where the printing runs over to another label.

How can I keep the size of the label (report) layout constant? I don't care
if there is extra space on the bottom of the label with 4 lines but I can't
have it shrink so it throws off the printing.

Make sure the label report's Detail section CanShrink and CanGrow
properties are both set to No.
It's OK if the controls within the section are set to CanShrink Yes.

Thanks for your reply - I tried your suggestion but it is not working. The
spacing between the labels is less when I have 5 line label versus a four
line label. I don't understand why the spacing between labels isn't staying
consistent regardless of how many lines the label has. Any other
suggestions? Thanks!
