line spacing

have trouble setting line spacing
I know I can use 'carriage return' or insert/break but this does not give
sufficient flexibility

Line spacing via can be adjusted but only a few preset options exist

paragraph spacing via selecting paragraph in page view/right click/inputting
pixels does not do anything at all

any help?

Hold down the Ctrl key when you tap Enter, it'll go to the next line and
won't do a new Paragraph.

arrow)
