I have a table that has a Column labeled Members. Some of the entries for
each customer can have more than one member listed. For example customer
ABC, has the following members: Jane Doe - Spring 07 and John Doe - Spring
08. When printing the report it's almost impossible to get it to line up
neatly. I would like it to appear as follows:
Jane Doe - Spring 07
John Doe - Spring 08
If more than one member exists I always use "and" in between the memebers
names. I don't want "and" to print...but I was assuming that having a common
separator might help. Do I do something in the table or the query to get it
to line up neatly once the report runs? Thanks.
Appreciate your help!
