Hi
On a number of our project we need to use the Fixed Work type task.
When we add a resource(s) for hours less than their normal daily hours, eg
30 hrs a week rather than the noraml 40, the hours don't fill accross the
task in a linear fashion eg 6 hrs a day.
Instead it puts in 8, 8, 8 & 6. I assume it is keeping the units to 1. I
work around this by changing the Task type to fixed duration adding the
resource and then changing it back to fixed Work. It works but is messy.
Is there any other way around this. I don't think calculating the units is
an option either.
Thanks
