Lines and borders not printing properly

I'm still stuck trying to print a report with variuos text box's borders,
lines, horizontal and vertical.

Lines are shown correctly in preview mode but not printed correctly (or not
printed at all) on paper.

I've followed Rick Brandt's advice to tweak printer settings :

- I'm using either a Lexmark Optra S 1855 in PCL or PS mode, (tried at
300,600 or 1200 DPI) and a HP Laserjet 4 PCL (tried at 300 or 600 DPI).

- I've tried the print from various computers with different drivers: basic
WinXP+SP1 default ones or latest printer drivers updates from the respective
producers.



Buggy objects properties:

1) Black horizontal line: Line slant: /, Visible: Yes,left: 0cm,
top:0cm,width:23,73cm,height:0cm,special effect:flat,border
style:solid,border color:0, border width:2 pt

Remarks: this line is shown properlt in preview mode, and NEVER printed on
paper

2) Gray text box border: Visible: yes, left:1,534cm, top:0cm, width:2,55cm,
height:0,476cm,back style:normal, back color: 16777215, special effect:
flat, border style: solid, border color: 12632256, border width: hairline,
fore color: 0

Details I've forgot to mention:
Access 2003 + SP1, Windows XP+SP1, adp project + SQL Server 2000.
Buggy even without SP1
