Lines, Boxes and Circles?

Does one note not have the tools to draw lines, boxes or circles (besides
freehand using the 'pen' tool)? It seems like it would be there since MS has
it in word and publisher... It would be the icing on the cake for me if it
was there.

Nope, sorry. While OneNote is part of the Office "family," it doesn't share
those tools. Perhaps in a future edition.
