lines in from of inserted object

I copied a portion of an AutoCAD drawing and pasted it in Word as Inline
Text, I drew lines and text boxes to point to items in the drawing, then I
formatted the drawing to lay behind tex. At this point the lines and text
boxes will not lay on top of the drawing. How can I get the lines to stay on
top of the drawing?
