lines showing up but not printing

Ok.. I feel stupid but I can't seem to get this one
figured on. One of our transcriptionists computers is
showing lines everytime she starts a new word document.
The lines are just like a page full of horizontal lines
as if she has sotten her finger stuck on the ____ button
for the whole page. The lines don't print though.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?
