Link a file into Onenote...

Hi!

How I link a file (doc, xls, cdr.... any other) into a note?
I have a doc with 5Mb, and I don´t paste it in a note, I want paste only a
link for it.

I using 2007 beta 2 TR.

Paste the file and select link in the dialog that comes up after you hit
paste in ON.

how I compact may notebooks??
I insert a mp3 in a page, and after deleted it, the file stay big.

Paste the file and select link in the dialog that comes up after you hit
paste in ON.

It happens automatically at (what seems to you) random times. Manually,
you can trigger it via Tools, Options, Save, Optimize All Files Now.
