Link a picture using Outlook signature advanced edit

In the "Options" feature in Outlook, email formatting and then "Advanced
Edit" to creat a signature, I've included a link to a web site using a
picture object but only the URL shows in the signature not the picture. How
do I create a linked object in a signature using a picture?
