Link Access to Outlook and Billquick

I am building a database for document management. A log
with a document Number, Date, CompanyName, SenderName,
etc. will be kept in a table. I would like to link the
SenderName to Outlook (LastName) in the contacts folder.
Help tells me I can link instead of import names, which
seems to be best in this situation, because New contacts
are being added to the Outlook database daily.

Is there a way to create this link?
